EUT+ staff week” on „Multilingual & multicultural learning – that is how EUT+ sounds like “
Would you like to get to know colleagues from other European universities? Would you like to get in touch with European languages and culture in a fun and playful way?
Then apply for our Staff Week 2025 Multilingual & multicultural learning from 29th September to 2nd October 2025 at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences!
At Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, we are happy to be partner in the Alliance “European University of Technology Plus” (EUT+). As EUT+ continues to evolve into a European University, our institutions and staff are experiencing change processes. Building a shared identity across borders, languages and academic cultures requires new forms of collaboration – creative, inclusive and emotionally engaging. This is where EUT+ staff week comes in: a unique inter-/transcultural music project that engages in singing together and support the development of our inter-/transcultural understanding, facilitating learning each other’s languages and infusing creative cooperation. At the same time, this project supports change management within the EUT+ alliance by strengthening the collaborative capacity and intercultural competences of our staff – essential skills for the future success of EUT+.
Even if you do not work at one of the EUT+ universities, you are very welcome to take part in our Staff Week with the opportunity to get to know each other through music. We have put together the aims of the Staff Week and a schedule for the week for you in the Call for Participation.
We welcome all staff members (academic and non-academic) with a passion for cultural exchange. We welcome all participants who enjoy music and culture. Music talent is welcome but not required. We have put together a ‘free range’ offer for you and have something suitable for everyone! Participation can be funded via Erasmus+ staff mobility (training mobility).
